BAR Print Show Artists

My sister and I were selected from a national selection of British artists to exhibit as part of the BAR Print Show artists are now listed online. All will be exhibiting at our opening on Thursday 22  January 6pm-9pm. Show closes on the 20th February.

Kathleen and Jennifer Dutton – Flag Fragments above £450 the set. 

HERE are our Flag Fragments £450 the set. Acrylic,paint and print make up this set of 6 box mounted canvas.’Flag-ments’ of the British flag, reflecting how our society is changing evolving and how that all the different fragments can still add up to a whole, even if it’s not the one we know. The ‘Flag-ments’ can be arranged in different ways’ they just provide a fresh composition. This piece is made up of small lino prints and acrylic paint on Canvas and was exhibited as part of the Cultural Olympiad on the South bank.#print #artists #art #London #flag This is the first D2 collaborative project this year, that us Dutton sisters Kathleen and Jennifer Dutton.

Multicultural Urban Angels

Newly exhibited this year are a series of paintings titled “Urban angels” they multicultural people, Asian, Afro Caribbean and various mixed race. Also I paint them in the colours expressed from their energy rather than the colour of the skin. Other works on show at POP UP Gallery. There are a number of paintings in this series exhibited as part of Brent artist resource project to bring art and culture to the high street.
